We are Hillary Davies and Greg Walter, a team shaped by decades of hands-on work across luxury estates, ranch and retreat operations, and large-scale land projects throughout the Rockies, Pacific Northwest, and Southeast.Hillary blends strong administrative and business expertise with a lifelong foundation in farming and animal stewardship. Born and raised on Wisconsin farms, she brings true Midwest work ethic, farming common sense, and a Jill of all trades ability shaped by experience in telecommunications, IT, holistic health, and hands-on land and home care. Her blend of technical insight, practical skills, and aesthetic awareness supports clear, intuitive project decisions.Greg brings master-level skill in building, land improvement, roadwork, forestry, and complex infrastructure, along with a true MacGyver streak that lets him repair anything from failed water systems to plumbing and electrical. Together, we offer a grounded, capable blend of experience that helps land, homes, and communities thrive.What We're Doing Now
Our focus is acquiring and partnering on RV parks, mobile home parks with tiny-community potential, and laundromats. We source, vet, and structure strong opportunities for operators, investors, and owners—using our eye for operational improvement, hidden value, and long-term community impact.We act as dedicated deal finders when needed, and we also acquire and hold properties ourselves when the alignment is right.No matter the role, our aim is the same: elevate properties, support people, and strengthen communities—not just move a transaction.Where We're Going (and Why)
